The referral agency material for the development application was received by the
Department of State Development, Infrastructure and Planning under section 272 of the
Sustainable Planning Act 2009, on 23/09/2014.

The department has carried out an initial review of the application and has determined that in
accordance with section 276 of the Sustainable Planning Act 2009, the following additional
information is requested to complete the assessment of the application:

Coastal Protection
1.    Provide information which demonstrates the proposed development complies with the
      relevant provisions of Module 10 (Coastal Protection), Table 10.1.1 (All Development),
      of the State Development Assessment Provisions (SDAP). The SDAP can be located
      at http://www.dsdip.qld.gov.au/development-applications/sdap.html.

2.       Provide documentation outlining the previous approvals for the existing timber jetty
         component of the proposal.
