PURPOSE OF MEETING
The purpose of the Special Meeting was to consider:
1.   The potential purchase of land; and
2.   The Electric Bus project.

     CLOSURE OF THE MEETING TO THE PUBLIC
     Council Resolution
     Moved:            Cr Stockwell
     Seconded:         Cr Jurisevic
     That the meeting be closed to the public pursuant to section 275(1)(e) and (h) of the Local
     Government Regulation 2012 for the purpose of discussing Item 1 – Potential Purchase of
     Land and Item 2 - Electric Bus Project.

     RE-OPENING OF THE MEETING TO THE PUBLIC
     Council Resolution
     Moved:            Cr Jackson
     Seconded:         Cr Stockwell
     That the meeting be re-opened to the public.
