grasses. The NSC - Biodiversity, Waterways and Wetlands Overlay Code has been submitted along with this assessment. The
NSC-Rural Zone Code has also been submitted with this application.

Traffic and community impacts are expected to be minimal. A Traffic Guidance Scheme has been included as an attachment.
Appropriate community notifications will be provided. No priority weeds have been identified onsite.

The LMDIP team and JHG are available as required to correspond and work with Noosa Shire Council to ensure all information
is provided as need to approve this application.
