Issue
360 Civil Consulting’s plan 2020036 dwg no. 05, rev A, “Driveway Longitudinal Sections”, dated 23/12/2020, shows a typical detail of the proposed permeable pavement. Council is concerned about the suitability of this pavement for its intended purpose (protection and long-term health of the Norfolk pine)
Information Required
Provide:
technical specifications of the proposed pavement, including installation requirements;
certification – from a person with a minimum qualification of International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) certification or a Diploma of Arboriculture and at least 5 years industry experience – certifying that the proposed porous pavement and construction methodology will not impact on the long-term health of the Norfolk pine.

The due date for providing the requested information is 5 May 2021. Please advise Council of your response to this information request in accordance with section 13 of the Development Assessment Rules.
If you do not provide a response before the due date, it will be taken as if you have decided not to respond to the information request and Council will continue with the assessment of your application.
