SLR have considered the guidance provided within Austroads and have applied it to the
context of the Noosa Civic development. Considering that the analysis extents only cover the
local road network, the assessment undertaken herein only considers the undiverted drop-in
trips. Diverted drop-in trips have been assumed to occur on the wider road network and
therefore, would appear within the local road network as new trips. The adopted drop-in trip
rates are further summarised in Table 21.

8.5 Trip Distribution
New trips to the proposed development have been distributed to the surrounding road network
based on economic data provided by Stockwell. Table 22 presents the distribution
percentages provided and adopted within the operational assessment conducted herein.
Subsequent tables provide the distribution assumptions adopted for the surrounding
developments.
