11.8       Developer Contributions
TTM understand that the applicant will make a submission in relation to the reasonable
application of Infrastructure Charges.


11.9       Recommendations
TTM note the following recommendations:
It is recommended that Lake MacDonald Drive is inspected on a monthly basis, with any
maintenance issues indentified and acted upon.
It is recommended that the White Pit Quarry access is only used for a short period to establish the
site and allow for the construction of a secondary access further to the north. This will help to
maintain road safety along the corridor and provide adequate visibility in all directions.
It is recommended for a Traffic Management Plan to be prepared prior to any on-site activities,
which will be in accordance with the MUTCD
It is recommended that both the Westridge Quarry and White Pit Quarry accesses are sealed for
at least 20m from Lake MacDonald Drive.
It is recommended that the speed limit on Lake MacDonald Drive is temporarily reduced in
conjunction with the traffic management plan requirements.
