Re: Cropping History Test decision for a property consisting of Lot 112 MCH793 and Lot 3 SP108094

| refer to your application made on 20 September 2012 seeking a Cropping History Test decision over a property
consisting of land identified as Lot 112 MCH793 and Lot 3 SP108094.

Your application has been assessed and it has been duly determined under the Strategic Cropping Land Act
2011 the subject property fails to meet the requirements necessary to satisfy the Cropping History Test. This was
due to there being no evidence of any cropping or cultivation having taken place on the subject lots between 1
January 1999 and 31 December 2010. As such, area within the property is identified as having No History of
Cropping and Decided Non-Strategic Cropping Land.

Section 73 of the Strategic Cropping Land Act 2011 provides rights of appeal in respect of this Validation
Decision. Any appeal is to be made to the Planning and Environment Court. Under Section 266 of the Act that
appeal must be started within 28 days of you receipt of this Information Notice. Please note this validation
decision does not take effect until the end of that 28 day period.
