             This notice is provided in accordance with Section 99BRAC of the South-East Queensland Water
             (Distribution and Retail Restructuring) Act 2009.

             Please note that the Service Advice Notice is advisory only and does not represent approval of
             the connection or any associated works. The Service Advice Notice is valid for 6 months from
             the date of this of this notice.

             Application must be made to Unitywater for approval of the connection or associated works.


                  •    This development site is located outside Unitywater’s water supply and sewerage
                       connection area. The developer will be required to submit with any connection
                       application, a sewerage network analysis by a suitably qualified and experienced
                       consultant, outlining the impacts on the existing network. The sewer network
                       analysis shall cover, sewerage pump stations and rising mains from SPS-POM001
                       to the Cooroy Sewerage Treatment Plant, including SPS-CRY020 and SPS-
                       CRY009. The analysis shall include the identification of any upgrading works
                       required on existing systems to accommodate the proposed development. The
                       developer is responsible for all costs associated with the installation of identified
                       upgrades to the network.
