1      INTRODUCTION
       1.1           Background
       This report has been prepared by Bligh Tanner on behalf of Lutheran Services to define the water
       supply and sewerage infrastructure required to service the proposed Cooroy Care Farm. Refer to
       the Site Master Plan – Figure 1.

       1.2           Location
       The development is located at 10 & 22 Rose Gum Road and 521 Elm Street, Black Mountain,
       Cooroy Qld 4563 (Lots 1 and 2 on RP862537 and Lot 3 on SP235191). The site is approximately
       3 km north west of Cooroy and 4 km south east of Pomona (Figure 2).
