RESPONSE TO COUNCIL’S INFORMATION REQUEST FOR MCU18/0195 MATERIAL CHANGE IN USE
– COMMERCIAL BUSINESS – TYPE 2 MEDICAL (DOCTOR’S PRACTICE) AT 15 PEARSONS ROAD,
COOROY – LOT 103 ON SP287641

Palm Lake Works Pty Ltd herein provide a response to Councils Information Request dated 21
December 2018 in relation to the above-mentioned development.

In response to Council’s request a Need and Impact Analysis has been prepared in support of the
development application identifying:
    a) The need for another medical centre in Cooroy; and
    b) The impact of the proposal on other medical centres in Cooroy.

The Need and Impact Analysis is attached as Appendix A.

It is considered that Palm Lake Works have appropriately answered Council’s Information Request
and ask that Council proceed with assessing the development application.
