          Dear Peter,

          RE:                    Stormwater Treatment Assessment for proposed Temporary Staff
                                 Accommodation at Carramar Submission for Preparation of OPW Design Plans
                                 associated with Interlot Drainage Through No.18 Carramar Street

          Noosa Care Inc. have proposed to locate two Temporary Dongas as emergency staff accommodation at
          the end of the new western carpark located on Lot 19 RP162486.

          The proposed units will be about 7.2m x 3.6m each and the rooves of each unit will be attached to a
          rainwater tank.

          Callaghan and Toth ran the existing development MUSIC model with the addition of the new temporary
          accommodation buildings plus a 5000 litre rainwater tank, and the stormwater quality targets are
          achievable, as required by the State Planning Policy 2017 (Appendix 2: Table B).
