MOTION 1: Lodgement of Development Application for Material Change- (Shop 1) Lot 1
Owner TTF Pty Ltd - Fitzgerald Trust

That the Body Corporate Committee consent for a Development Application being lodged with Noosa
Council for a material change of use (Code Assessment) for Shop 1 (Lot 1), 10 Thomas Street, Noosaville
for the new use of ‘Food and Drink Outlet’, the existing use of ‘Shop ‘to be retained as detailed in the
form attached hereto;

And Further for an executive member of the committee to sign the consent form on behalf of the Body
Corporate.
