PROPOSAL
The applicant seeks approval to change to an existing development approval for Road work, Drainage work, Landscaping, Stormwater, Earthworks, Clearing Veg,  Electrical/Telecommunications, Traffic Signage to facilitate the approved subdivision of lot 3

A development approval for a Operational Works permit was issued on 17th December 2020 for Road work, Drainage work, Landscaping, Stormwater, Earthworks, Clearing Veg,  Electrical/Telecommunications, Traffic Signage. A subsequent Change to the application was approved on 18 March 2021.
The application has been changed a number of times to address construction/design changes.
The current application is seeking approval for detailed design changes to the parts of the Road A intersection with the Walter hay Drive roundabout. The overall design remains consistent with the original approval with the changes related to drainage, kerb alignments and linemarking. This report provides an explanation for these changes.

Applicant’s Request
This change incorporates changes to Road A to provide safer cross fall transitions, as well as alterations to the existing roundabout on Walter hay Drive, providing a safer single lane transition into the site. This change includes:
Road A
The revision of cross fall to ensure fall is consistently made to the kerb, and
Revised biopoad locations to align with the revised cross fall methodology
Walter Hay Drive Roundabout
Extended Chevrons, replacement of pavement symbols and line marking, and
Replacement of existing signage
Assessment of Request
The overall design remains consistent with the original approval with the minor changes related to  drainage, kerb alignments and linemarking. This changes are considered reasonable and improve the overall design in the areas of the works. It is noted that the original approved plans were prepared by a consulting engineer different to the consultant engineer currently engaged by the developer on the project. The revised design have been prepared by the new consultant engineer
To include the proposed changes it is considered necessary to:
annotate the relevant original approved plans to indicate the new plans, and
add the new plans to the approved plans table

B.	Amend conditions 1 to read as follows:
