Request for Development Permit – Material Change of Use to establish Retail Business – Type 2 Shop and Salon.

In relation to the abovementioned property, on behalf of Margaret McFarland we hereby submit a Material Change
of Use application in accordance with the Sustainable Planning Act 2009.

Please find enclosed the following documentation to facilitate Councils assessment of the submission:

         •     IDAS Forms 1 and 5;
         •     Owners Consent;
         •     The Town Planning Report and relevant supporting Appendices; and
         •     Noosa Council’s Electronic Correspondence Agreement form.

Meetings with Kerri Coyle have advised that the application fee will be calculated at,

Retail Type 2 application - $5,515 with 25% reduction for existing building = $4,136.25.

Once receipt of the application has been confirmed we will organize payment of the application.
