I refer to your application and advise that Council requires further information to satisfactorily
assess the proposal.

The information requested is set out below:
Issue - access
The submitted material does not provide any detail of the vehicle crossover to the property.
Information Required
1. Provide a plan or amend the existing site plan to show the location and detail of the
proposed vehicle crossover (the portion of driveway between the property boundary and
the edge of road) to the property in accordance with Councils standard drawing RS-056.
Issue - Bushfire
The proposed dwelling house and associated structures are situated in area identified within
a Bushfire Hazard overlay area – High potential. The proposed application has not provided a
bushfire report with the submitted site plan. A bushfire report will need to be provided to
demonstrate that the amount of clearing for all buildings and structure and access, within the
Biodiversity, Waterways and Wetlands overlay.

2. Provide a bushfire management report prepared by a suitably qualified person, in
accordance with the Planning Scheme Policy 8 - SC6.9.4 Bushfire Hazard Assessment
report and management plan and demonstrating compliance with the Bushfire Hazard
Overlay Code in Noosa Plan.
3. DUE DATE FOR RESPONSE TO INFORMATION REQUEST
The due date for providing the requested information is 30 December 2021. Email your
response to [email protected]. Please advise Council of your response to this
information request in accordance with section 13 of the Development Assessment Rules.
If you do not provide a response before the due date, it will be taken as if you have decided
not to respond to the information request and Council will continue with the assessment of
your application.
