Kris, I note that the decision due date for the application is 7 September and Council are waiting on some outstanding information (as described in my email of the 26 August). Council is willing to agree to a further extension to enable you to provide the outstanding information and I would expect Council will need to time to assess the additional material. Do you have a time frame for the response?

Given current workloads I would expect that a reasonable time frame for the assessment of the new material will be a minimum of 3 weeks after the receipt of new material that addresses Council’s concerns.

Can you advise if you wish to extend further and the length of the extension
