f. A Recreation/Mixed Use Precinct comprising 1.5 hectares in the north east of the site. This site has
constraints and any development must satisfactorily address those failing which the land should remain
open space.
g. The site has potential for an inter-regional transit facility. MP2 recognises this by including a Transit
designation for such a facility near the northern entry road from Walter Hay Drive.
h. Key external roads are Eenie Creek Road and Walter Hay Drive, respectively. Intersections with these
roads will be by way of roundabout, where this can be achieved to meet acceptable traffic management
practices. Access from Eenie Creek Road in the north west sector has not been resolved. [See section
3.5.k]
