Operational Works Application - Bulk Earthworks

On behalf of the applicant, Noel O’Brien, we submit for Council's approval an Operational Works Application for 19 Trading Post Road,
Cooroy.

We enclose the following to support this application:

e IDAS Development Application Forms 1 and 6; and

e Engineering drawings prepared by Calibre Consulting (Qld) Pty Ltd.

e Acheque payable to Council for $4283.00 being the prescribed application fees consisting of the following breakdown, will be
delivered upon receipt of Council's confirmation advice:

In addition to the above information, we advise that the design intent has been based on the following assumptions and specialist
technical reports:

e Clearing Works: The site has been previously cleared and excessive vegetation on the development site is of an immature
regrowth nature or growth for nursery purposes. Fauna Management during the removal of the small amount of vegetation on site
(<0.5ha) will not be required due to the nature of the vegetation.

We also advise:

e The Project Superintendent will be Brad Thompson, Calibre Consulting (Qld) Pty Ltd with the Superintendent's Representative to be
nominated at a later date;

e Testing will be in accordance with Calibre Consulting (Qld) Pty Ltd Specifications and Council's Planning Scheme Policy;

e The Q Leave form has been forwarded to the applicant for payment. A receipt will be forwarded to your office in due course; and
¢ Operational Works design is based on standards and requirements forming part of the Noosa Planning Scheme 2013.
