2.0 Introduction
Murray & Associates (Qld) Pty Ltd have been commissioned by Jedi
Enterprises Pty Ltd to prepare an application for a Development Permit for
Reconfiguration of Lots by Community Title Scheme (3 Lots into 3 Lots) on
land described as Lot 1 -
3 and Common Property on GTP85, situated at 27
Noosa Parade, Noosa Heads. The intent of this proposal seeks to rectify a
number of encroachments that currently exist on-site, as the approved
renovations relative to the Alamode Unit Complex (Council Reference:

The subject site in which the development exists is included within the Semi-
Attached Housing Zone of the Noosa Heads Locality, as identified in
accordance with Zoning Map ZM6 of the Noosa Plan.
The Current Registered Landowner’s of the subject site, Jedi Enterprises Pty
Ltd and the Body Corporate for Alamode Community Titles Scheme 22394,
have consented to the proposal by signing IDAS Form 1 -
Application Details
and the Company Owner’s Consent Form (SPA 2009), which both accompany
this Planning Report. Also accompanying this Planning Report is completed
IDAS Form 7 -
Reconfiguring a Lot.
The proposed development requires ’Code Assessment’, as determined in
accordance with Division 12 -
Assessment Table for Development other than
Material Change of Use, Table 9.10 -
Assessment Categories and Relevant
Assessment Criteria for the Noosa Heads Locality -
Development Other than
Material Change of Use of the Noosa Plan.
The purpose of this Town Planning Report is to provide a detailed overview of
the proposed development in relation to the characteristics of the subject site
