Attention: Assessment Manager,

To whom it may concern,

I would like to give my backing to the proposed Cooroy Car Wash and it's proposed location. I am the franchisee for Jim's Dog Wash in Cooroy and to have a local Car Wash that I can support. The location is quite handy for me as I live less than a kilometer away so if I drive by and it is busy I can head home and come back a little later on. I particularly like the fact that this Car Wash will be trailer friendly, meaning I will be able to drive in and wash my car and my Jim's trailer without moving my vehicle forward and back to be able to reach the front of my car or the rear of my trailer.
