The information requested is set out below:
Issue
The submitted earthworks plan includes details of two driveway/crossovers to the development site. The higher order approval (MCU21/0015) conditions a single driveway and includes approved plans showing a single driveway to the development.
Information Required
Please submit an amended plan that shows a single driveway to the development in accordance with the approved higher order plans.

Advisory Note
It has been noted that the higher order approval (MCU21/0015), conditions the requirement for the stormwater and landscaping works to be undertaken in accordance with an Operational Works approval.
Please note that stormwater and landscaping components have not been included in Division 3 of the DA Form 1 for this Op Works application. If you wish to include the stormwater and landscaping components in this assessment, you will need to amend the DA Form 1 and submit the relevant plans for the proposed stormwater and landscaping works in accordance with the higher order conditions (MCU21/0015). Also please note that separate Operational Works applications will incur assessment fees for each application and savings can be made by including all required op works components for assessment in the one application.
Please respond to this Information Request with the amended DA Form 1 and the relevant stormwater and landscaping plans if you wish to include these elements in this assessment. If neither are received it will be taken that the assessment is to proceed only for the earthworks component.

If you do not provide a response before the due date, it will be taken as if you have decided not to respond to the information request and Council will continue with the assessment of your application.
