               Operational Works OPW21-0063 – Request to extend currency period

We refer to the above Operational Works approval issued by Council on 1 July 2021. As
per condition 2 this approval is due to expire on 5 July 2023. As such we request an
extension to the currency period as works are about to commence.

Due to the nature of this approval (driveway crossover only) we request a reduction in the
standard extension application fees. Could you please advise the fee applicable for this
application so we can arrange payment.
