RE:        Development Application for Development Permit for Operational Works – Associated with
           MCU23/0053 for a Material Change of Use – Shed at 2 Smiths Road, Tinbeerwah, described
           as Lot 28 RP 901389

Reference is made to a development approval number MCU23/0053 which was issued by Noosa Shire
Council (“Council”) in relation to the above site on 11 December 2023 under the Planning Act 2016.

As required under MCU23/0053, the landowner now lodges a development application with Council as the
assessment manager and seeking a development permit for those operational works as required by
conditions in that existing development approval.

The following information is submitted as part of the application material this current development
application for operational works which include stormwater, earthworks, access, and carparking.
