        DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION SEEKING A DEVELOPMENT PERMIT FOR MATERIAL CHANGE IN USE
        (IMPACT ASSESSMENT) – MULTIPLE HOUSING TYPE 3 – RETIREMENT OR SPECIAL NEEDS FOR 10
        INDEPENDENT LIVING UNITS AT 20 TRADING POST ROAD, COOROY – LOT 101 SP287641

PalmLake Works Pty Ltd has lodged a Development Application in support of an impact assessable Multiple
Housing – Type 3 development at the abovementioned address. The above Development Application was
submitted electronically to [email protected] on 15th November 2017.

The electronic submission was accompanied by the following documentation:
     Planning Report;
     Appendix A – DA Form 1;
     Appendix B – Contour Survey Plan;
     Appendix C – Proposal Plans;
     Appendix D – Civil Engineering Report;
     Appendix E – Stormwater Management Plan; and
     Appendix F – Site Analysis Plan.

After correspondence with Council, an applicable application fee of $15,302.00 was confirmed. Council has
accepted and processed the original cheque for $1,061.00 posted on the day the application was made.
Further to this an additional cheque for $14,241.00 has been posted in the mail today providing Council with
the full application fee for the abovementioned application.
