2   SPECIAL MEETING REPORTS

    1    OPERATIONAL PLAN 2017/18
         Council Resolution
         Moved:           Cr Jurisevic
         Seconded:        Cr Wilkie
         That Council note the report by the Chief Executive Officer to the Special Meeting dated
         15 June 2017 detailing the proposed 2017/18 Operational Plan and request staff to
         make any required amendments to the document and present it for adoption at the
         Special Meeting on 29 June 2017.

    2    CONSIDERATION OF 2017/18 BUDGET
         Council Resolution
         Moved:           Cr Glasgow
         Seconded:        Cr Pardon
         That Council note the report by the Director Corporate Services to the Special Meeting
         dated 15 June 2017 detailing the proposed 2017/18 budget and request staff to make
         any required amendments to the documents and present them for adoption at the
         Special Meeting on 29 June 2017.

    3    BUDGET POLICIES 2017/18
         Council Resolution
         Moved:           Cr Jackson
         Seconded:        Cr Stockwell
         That Council note the report by the Director Corporate Services to the Special Meeting
         dated 15 June 2017 detailing the proposed 2017/18 budget related policies and request
         staff to make any required amendments to the policies and present them for adoption
         at the Special Meeting on 29 June 2017.

    4    ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURE
         Council Resolution
         Moved:           Cr Jurisevic
         Seconded:        Cr Jackson
         That Council note the report by the Chief Executive Officer to the Special Meeting dated
         15 June 2017 detailing the proposed Noosa Council Organisational Structure and
         request staff to make any required amendments to the document and present it for
         adoption at the Special Meeting on 29 June 2017.
