1 Introduction
MRG Environmental (MRG) has been requested by Verve Building Design and Concepts (VerveBD) on
behalf of Creekgold Pty Ltd to conduct an acoustic assessment of the proposed commercial
development at 3 Garnet Street, Cooroy (Real property description Lot 14 on RP845961).

This report assesses the following:

         Amenity – Noise assessment of proposed commercial activity onto surrounding existing
          sensitive receivers.

1.1 Project Description

The proposed site is at 3 Garnet Street, Cooroy, as shown in Figure 1.1. Residential properties are
located to the south across Garnet Street and west, while commercial properties are located to the
north across Wimmers Lane and east.
