31 October 2018 1 PURPOSE This Civil Engineering Report has been prepared as part of the Development Application for the proposed Medical Centre on land located at Hofmann Drive Noosaville. 2 INTRODUCTION 2.1 Project Description The medical centre will be constructed on currently vacant land and will consist of a free standing building with open space fronting Hofmann Drive and an on-grade carpark to the rear of the lot. The building will also have basement car parking and the associated service areas. Access to the site will be via a combined access easement in favour of the neighbouring properties which provides access to Hofmann Drive and Rene Street. The proposed Plan of Development is depicted on the architectural plans prepared by Thomson Adsett Architects attached in Appendix 1, with excerpt below.
