New Construction of residential driveway crossover

Please find attached documentation for an operational works application for the construction of a new residential
driveway crossover which is associated with the construction of a new 2 storey dwelling.

The application is required due to the proposed crossover being proposed over an existing street tree, which will need to be
removed to accommodate the driveway crossover.

The street tree in question is a young tree installed by the developer as part of the residential subdivision. The tree is 2m high
and a radius of only 1m. There is an additional tree next to the crossover which will remain, therefore by keeping this tree it will
maintain the streetscape and be consistent with other trees in the estate.
