                   Business Type2 & Entertainment & Dining Business Type 1 and
                   Development Permit for Operational Works – Stormwater, Drainage
                   Works, Earthworks & Landscaping

In Accordance with Section 300 of the Sustainable Planning Act 2009, we declare
that the Public Notification of the above application has commenced in accord-
ance with Section 297 of The Act. In undertaking Public Notification, we advise that:-

   (a)    the notice was published in the Sunshine Coast Daily on 14 November 2016
         (advertisement attached);
and

   (b)    a notice in the prescribed form under the Sustainable Planning Regulation
          2009, was posted on the frontage of the land on 14 November 2016
and

   (c)    a notice was served on all adjoining land owners as attached
          on 9 November 2016

The last day the above actions were carried out was 14 November 2016.
