   Report Addendum dated July, 2012 previously submitted with the Reconfiguration of a Lot application.
» Clearing: All vegetation cleared from the site is proposed to be mulched and respread on disturbed areas as a
   means of erosion and sediment control.
» Acid Sulfate Soils: The development has no excavation work below RL5.00m and therefore no further testing
   or prevention measures are proposed.
» Flooding: The Flood Investigation and Stormwater Quantity Management Plan prepared by Brown
   Consulting (QLD) Pty Ltd (copy attached) details predicted flow levels for this site and recommends minimum
   allotment levels to provide flooding immunity in accordance with QUDM and Noosa Shire Council standards.
» Traffic and Construction Management: Prior to a pre-start meeting being held on site, both Construction
   Management and Traffic Management Plans will be provided by the successful tenderer for the construction
   of the development.
» Revegetation: The enclosed landscape operational works plans show proposed revegetation of all disturbed
   areas within the environmental corridor, including plant species proposed for periodic wet areas.

We also advise:
» the Project Superintendent will be Brent Thomas, Brown Consulting (Qld) Pty Ltd with the Superintendent’s
   Representative to be nominated at a later date;
» Testing will be in accordance with Brown Consulting (Qld) Pty Ltd Specifications and Council’s Planning
   Scheme Policy;
» The Q Leave payment has been made and the receipt is attached.
» Operational Works design is based on standards and requirements forming part of the Noosa Plan.
