In accordance with section 300 of the Sustainable Planning Act 2009, please be advised that public notification of the development proposal at 226 David Low Way, Peregian Beach commenced on 31 March 2014 and will conclude on 22 April 2014.

Attached is a copy of the public notice that appeared in the Noosa News on Friday, 28 March 2014. All of the actions associated with public notification were completed on Friday, 28 March 2014.
