| refer to the above-mentioned matter and your letter of Information Request dated
18" July, 2014 and | respectfully supply the following information:

1. Planning
Please refer to the Letter prepared by Callaghan & Toth (Ref: Response to
Information Request- Stage 6 — 2/10/14) which is attached herewith.

Please find attached the Proposal Plan for Stage 6 (ref: 3032AP7B3) which is the
subject of this Information Response; and the Proposal Plan for Stage 5 (ref:
3032AP6B2) which is for a separate Development Application (REC 14/0008).

The Proposal Plan for Stage 6 (ref: 3032AP7B3) shows that 6043m* of land will be
dedicated as park within Stage 6. This area of land will be dedicated as parkland
within Stage 6 to allow for the construction of the Footbridge in Stage 6. The area
that will be dedicated as park has been chosen as it does not require the future
construction of any services and creates a balance Lot that has road frontage.

2 & 3. Ecology
Please refer to the Letter prepared by Callaghan & Toth (Ref: Response to
Information Request- Stage 5 — 2/10/14) which is attached herewith.

4. Engineering & Hydrology

Please refer to the Stormwater Detention & Flooding Report (ref: BSM Job No.
2013.08, Date 15 September 2014 Revised) prepared by Brisbane Stormwater
Management Pty Ltd.
