6.4 STATE DEVELOPMENT ASSESSMENT PROVISIONS

The State Development Assessment Provisions (SDAP) set out the matters of interest to the state
for development assessment, where the state assessment and referral agency (SARA) is
responsible for assessing or deciding development applications as assessment manager or as a
referral agency. The SDAP is not applied by local government in the assessment of development
applications.

The applicable SDAP for the state transport infrastructure referral triggered Schedule 7 Table 3
Item 2 are Module 17.1 Public passenger transport state code, Module 18.1 Filling, excavation
and structures state code, Module 18.2 Stormwater and drainage impacts on state transport
infrastructure state code and Module 19.2 Transport infrastructure and network design state
code. These codes have been reviewed and it is considered that the proposal complies with all
required performance outcomes and that the proposal will not have any detrimental impact upon
public passenger transport, state transport infrastructure or state transport network functionality.
