Thanks for the emails in relation to this matter.
 
The client is happy to make payment for engaging the hydraulic engineer
with details for the invoice provided below. 
 
While the matter is not in appeal, it is expected that the hydraulic
engineers will meet on site and hold discussions and have other email
exchanges as required in a similar manner to a normal joint meeting
process. This will enable the engineers to hopefully reach agreement or
at least narrow the issues in dispute if any, and produce a report the
parties can consider. Please clarify if this is not your expectation. 
 
It is appreciated that you have allowed this process to occur, which
hopefully will lead to a resolution of the matter.

I've spoken Tony.  He will be sending through a little more information
but we both agreed it would be worthwhile for both of us to have a
meeting with Council to go over the issues.  I would also like to pop
out and inspect the site if this is possible.
 
My hourly rate is 150/hr plus gst.  So I would estimate a cost of
$1,500.00 plus gst to undertake the following:
·         Review reports and the extra information supplied by Barlow
Shelly
·         Undertake site visit and review catchment details based on
Council LiDAR
·         Attend meeting at Council office
·         Prepare a brief report summarizing outcomes of the above.
