Provide a schedule of the proposed class times;
Between the hours of 10.00am and 4.00pm is the premises still open to members/public during this time.
Issue
The proposed plans does not illustrate the accurate amount of Gross Floor Area for the premises, as stairs and parking are not counted towards GFA
Information Required
Provide a proposal plan illustrating the total Gross Floor Area of the premises.
(Please note that the staircase to the mezzanine and the area where bicycle and motorcycle parks are not included as GFA.)
