                     That Council agree to amend the scheduled time for Ordinary Council Meetings
                     from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, effective immediately.
                     For:      Crs Lorentson and Phillips
                     Against: Crs Wilkie, Stockwell, Wegener, Wilson and Finzel
                     Lost.
