Dear Noosa Council 
I want to object to the Development Permit for Material Change of use for 3 Robert St Noosaville 4566 for the following reasons:
I am a permanent resident at 13 Janet St  and already have traffic congestion in our St and Robert St with the Gympie Terrace parking.
We suffer from party noise at our property from a Air BnB in Iluka St and don’t want further noise and disruption in the area.
We purchased our property in a residential area with no units as it was desirable to have few neighbours and hence disruption. 
Lastly we feel that property values will decrease  as it is unattractive to a purchaser to buy in an area with holiday rentals.
