4.4 Proposed Change to Condition 6

It is proposed that Condition 6 be deleted. Condition 1 specifies that the jetty must be built in accordance
with the approved (revised) plans, including the proposed jet ski dry storage pontoon. As such, any
additional structures fitted to the jetty would not comply with the approval. Therefore, the requirement of
Condition 6 is not necessary.

It must be noted that the proposed floating boat fenders are not boat lifting devices. The fenders do not
change the height of the vessel on the water, nor do they enable additional water craft of vessels to be
moored at the same time.
