Informing Strategies and Plans
There are a number of informing strategies and plans that allow Council to set its priorities within its
resourcing capability and deliver short term, medium term and long-term community priorities and
aspirations.
Each of these strategies and plans contain priorities, key initiatives and actions to be undertaken
to achieve specific desired outcomes. Key initiatives and actions to be undertaken in the delivery of
these strategies and plans are incorporated in the development of the 2022/23 Operational Plan
and Budget through the new initiative and budget process, the Council community consultation and
engagement process and the regular/annual review of actions and progress.
