It is agreed that the proposed areas below Q100 and to the east of the car park may be used for
the purpose of bushfire management and be removed from the area to be dedicated as
Environmental Park.
The amended plans demonstrate compliance with the amendments required by the conditions of
the preliminary approval and therefore may be deleted. It is recommended that the conditions
regarding landscaping, noise attenuation and car parking rates be retained, with the car parking
condition slightly modified, to give surety that the total number of car spaces on site is adequate
including the number of spaces provided in the road reserve.
Therefore, it is recommended that condition 1 be re-worded to reflect the current set of plans and
conditions 2 and 36 be amended as follows:
1.   Development undertaken in accordance with this approval must generally comply with the
     approved plans of development. The approved plans are listed in the following table unless
     otherwise amended by these conditions.
