REPORT
1. PROPOSAL
The proposal seeks approval for Industrial Business Type 1 – Warehouse and Retail Business
Type 7 - Garden centre which is currently operating from the site. The total use area proposed is
427m² consisting of 245m² for the warehouse component and 182m² for the garden centre, which
includes some outdoor display areas. The business is located in an existing building with no
external alterations undertaken or proposed. Figure 1 below shows the floor plan and Figure 2
shows the garden centre display area.

The applicant advises:
Noosa Pots and Plants is a wholesale supplier of landscape products including plants, pots
and planters, décor and garden supplies. Noosa Pots and Plants are an exclusive
wholesale sales agent and distributor of Bombora pots.
