3. APPLICATION FEES In accordance with Noosa Shire Council's Fees and Charges Register 2021-2022, a breakdown of the Development Application lodgement fee is provided below. Noosa Shire Council's Fees and Charges Register 2021-2022: Material Change of Use - Impact Assessable Use Fee Child Care Centre $13,170.00 Proposed Development: Use Fee Child Care Centre $13,170.00* * Page 43 of the Noosa Shire Council Fees and Charges Register note the following: ‘For developments that are identified as impact assessable and inconsistent under The Noosa Plan a fee multiplier of 3 will apply to the required fee...’ On this basis, we anticipate the application fee will be 3x of the fee noted above.
