RE:     Request for Minor Change to Development Approval (TPC 1984) relating to a Development
        Approval for a Multiple Dwelling (3 Units) at 1/15 Howard Street, Noosaville described as Lot 0
        and 1 on BUP9727

In accordance with section 78 of the Planning Act 2016, please find enclosed a request for a Minor Change
to the Development Approval (TPC 1984) at the abovementioned property.

This request is made on behalf of Body Corp for The Shores CTS 5607, the owner of the common property
area, and Nicole Tooth and Mark Tooth, the owner of Unit 1, being the premises of which the proposed
change relates to.

In support of the application, please find enclosed:
    + Planning Act Form 5;
    + Proposal Plans (Attachment 1);

Payment of the minor change application fee will be made upon Council issuing the relevant Tax Invoice.

Background

The subject site is located at 15 Howard Street, Noosaville described as Lots 0 - 3 on BUP 9727. The land to
which the change relates to is the common property area (Lot 0) of which Unit 1 (Lot 1) has exclusive use
over.

The site is located at the corner of Howard Street and Noosa Parade and fronts Howard Street to the east
and Noosa Parade to the south. The site contains an existing multiple dwelling comprising of 3 x 2 storey
units. The proposed building works are situated within the private open space area associated with Unit 1,
which is the most easterly unit that fronts Howard Street.
