                                                      a) constructed for the purpose of covering
                                                      boats in circumstances where all
                                                      weather motor vehicle access is not
                                                      available to the property;
                                                      b) not constructed where the property can
                                                      be readily accessed by motor vehicle;
                                                      c) built of lightweight timber construction;
                                                      d) preferably designed as a cantilevered
                                                      structure off a jetty, rather than on
                                                      separate foundations to minimise
                                                      impact on fish habitat areas;
                                                      e) constructed with a general head
                                                      clearance of 204m between the jetty
                                                      surface and the underside of the roof
                                                      structure;
                                                      f) designed not to exceed 3m in height
                                                      above the jetty surface level;
                                                      g) designed such that the roof area does
                                                      not exceed dimensions of 6m by 3m;
                                                       h) positioned with the length of the
                                                      structure generally perpendicular to the
                                                       riverbank;
                                                       i) have open walls, rather than solid walls,
                                                      and may include materials such as
                                                       lattice, timber battening or similar; and
                                                      j) have a external colour scheme that
                                                       blends with .the vegetation and natural
                                                       surrounds.
