      B. Resolve to make Parking (Amendment) Subordinate Local Law (No. 1) 2025 as
         advertised (refer Attachment 1); and
      C. Resolve to adopt, pursuant to section 32 of the Local Government Act 2009, as provided
         at Attachment 2 to the Report, a consolidated version of Subordinate Local Law No. 5
         (Parking) 2015.
