          Finzel & Wegener are approved to attend the Meeting dated 26 October 2023 via
          Microsoft Teams.

          That the operation of the Standing Orders or any relevant provision thereof be
          suspended to allow Council to thank and acknowledge the bravery of Landen
          Smales, Kaiden Smales and Micaela Guacci who recently risked their own lives,
          saving two swimmers caught in a dangerous rip at Alexandria Bay.
