     That Council note the report by the Development Planner to the Planning & Environment
     Committee Meeting dated 8 May 2018 regarding Application No. 132002.220285.5 for an
     Other Change to the Development Approval for Shire Business Centre – Stage 1 to permit
     Industrial Business Type 2 Production, Alteration, Repackaging & Repairing (Car Wash)
     situated at 28 Eenie Creek Rd, Noosaville and:
     A.     Amend the description of the development in the Decision Notice to include the
            approved use.
     B.     Approve a change to conditions 4.2 and 152 of the existing development approval to
            read as follows:
