            Dear Sir/Madam,

                        Re:                   Relocation of rainwater tanks
                        At:                   3 Delorme Street, Noosa Heads QLD 4567

            With reference to the above mentioned project and as requested by Noosa Council,
            RECOR have undertaken a review of the relocation of two proposed rainwater tanks
            (proposed to now be located outside kitchen windows) located at 3 Delorme Street, Noosa
            Heads.

            Upon review and with reference to the as constructed stormwater drainage system plan
            provided by JT Homes, RECOR are reasonably satisfied that the relocated rainwater tanks
            and connected roof stormwater pipes will still achieve it’s intended purpose, perform the
            detention action and connect to legal point of discharge as required by the stormwater
            management plan.

            The as constructed stormwater system provided by JT Homes has been revised by RECOR
            to suit the new tank locations and has been attached to this letter.
