2.1    Site details
6.    A site inspection was undertaken by ADAMS + SPARKES as part of the preparation of this Town Planning
      Report. Observations from this inspection have been incorporated into the following sections of the
      report. Further, Table 1 below, provides a summary of the details applying to the subject site.

7.    As identified in Table 1 above, the subject site currently comprises an existing industrial building with
      four (4) individual tenancies. These tenancies are strata titled and operate under a Community
      Management Statement governed by the Body Corporate for Westair. Tenancies 1-3, being the subject
      of this Development Application, are currently utilised for a gin distillery premises known as Seabourne
      Distillery.
