Clearing for a new fence, access and maintenance, associated fire management lines within the proposed
boundary realignment area will occur in the least concern regional ecosystem 12.11.5. Approximately 1000sm
of this RE will need to be cleared for the proposed development.

DNRM has directed the assessment manager to include conditions in any development approval given for the
application to ensure that—
        Clearing as a result of the RaL is limited to the extent necessary to build a fence, associated access
         and maintenance and any associated fire management lines.
        The application remains consistent with the RaL Policy.

CONDITIONS



    1. Clearing of native vegetation for the establishment of new allotment boundary fences must not occur
       within Area A on the attached Referral Agency Response (Vegetation) Plan RARP2012/006670.

    2. New infrastructure must not be located in Area A on the attached Referral Agency Response
       (Vegetation) Plan RARP2012/006670.
    3. New infrastructure—other than fences, roads, driveways, effluent areas and underground services—
       must not be located in Area B on the attached Referral Agency Response (Vegetation) Plan
       RARP2012/006670.
    4. This approval does not provide any authority under the Vegetation Management Act 1999 and the
       Sustainable Planning Act 2009 to clear native vegetation in Area A on the attached Referral Agency
       Response (Vegetation) Plan RARP2012/006670.
